How It Works

The Lakewood Smiles Membership Savings Plan offers a preventative care package that includes cleanings, exams, necessary x-rays, fluoride, oral cancer screening, Oral B professional electric toothbrush and a 20% discount off our standard office fees on additional treatment . Patients will need to pay the annual membership fee upfront.

The plan offers a 20% discount on all restorative services including cosmetic treatments. No waiting periods, annual limits, or other typical insurance restrictions apply. Patients requiring scaling and root planning (deep cleaning) will receive the discounted rate of 20% plus 2 free periodontal maintenance appointments per year.
